I've been thinking back to the weekend and Night of the 10000m Pbs. An afternoon and evening of brilliant running at the Highgate Harriers track in London. Fantastic atmosphere at the event and free for spectators. This is the future!

PS: I was spectating, I'm nowhere fast enough to run in an event like this!
